This trip to the north west highland of Mai Chau offers a balance of cultural and physical activities set amongst some northern Vietnam"s stunning natural landscape. We spend the night within walking distance of Mai Chau and overnight in a White Thai village where we have opportunities to observe the local lifestyle of these minority people. From the mountainous region of Mai Chau, we travel back to the nations capital, Hanoi.
ITINERARY
Day 1 : Hanoi - Hoabinh - MaiChau Departure at 8h00.The drive to MaiChau takes 4 hours, enjoy the scenery along the way see the interesting churches, pagodas and villages. At noon arrive Thai"s village. Have lunch on the stilt-house. Short walk around the Thai villages (5kms) to take picturesque Mai Chau valley and enjoy the relaxing surroundings of Ban Lac village. Dinner and sleep on traditional stilt house.
Day 2 : Mai Chau - Hanoi Breakfast. Visit Lac village. Lunch. Back to Hanoi. 19:00 arrive Hanoi .

Join Group Tour : To join with other people on available daily tours. These tours are fixed itinerary and deparute time. It is possible to join in even your group of only 1 or 2 people. Customer do not to find other people to form the group. It is our company duty to gather the tourists for each tour. For these tours, you have to share the coach, boat and tour guide with other tourists who come from different nationalities. An english speaking guide is arranged.
Private tour : To do the tour privately. The tour is not fixed, it is possible to be customized for your group. All service is reserved for your group only. You do not have to share the bus, boat, tour guide with other tourists. One exception, if you stay at the boat in Halong bay - it is like the hotel in Halong - you still have to share the boat with other people.
